Coordinates parent volunteers to sell ice cream at lunch in the cafeteria for students and staff as a treat for birthdays or any day.

Organizes the many valuable items such as sweatshirts and jackets left on the playground or around school, lunch boxes, water bottles and even more, while attempting to do the detective work of finding the rightful owner.

The Media Center Coordinator is in charge of working with Mrs. Boyd to coordinate weekly volunteers, as well as the book fair.Â
Help to organize a fun night where parents can play a game of bunco while also getting to know each other. This happens 2-3 times during the school year.

Every year in the Spring, our school hosts the Red Bird Run, which is a 1 mile fun run and a 5k event. Parent volunteers and business sponsors make this a healthy and fun event.

Every class has at least one room parent to coordinate parties and events. The Room Parent Chair communicates with and provides guidance to those room parents.

Families are given the option to purchase the next year's school supplies online. The supply kits are delivered directly to school in August. The committee organizes school supply lists from each grade, communicates with the supply company, and organizes the kits once delivered.

An event for our whole school. The committee is responsible for planning and promoting the event, including securing a DJ, photographer, decor, refreshments, and more.

Coordinates with restaurants and other services to set up Spirit Nights, where a portion of proceeds are given back to CLES. We vary locations and days to make these events available to everyone.

Throughout the year, the Staff Appreciation Chair shows the staff and teachers how thankful we are for them with treats, lunches, the Big Give in the spring, and so much more.
The snack cart is brought into school to treat our school staff on a regular basis.

Each December our mission to Remember, Honor and Teach is carried out by coordinating wreath-laying ceremonies at Arlington National Cemetery, as well as at more than 2,100 additional locations in all 50 U.S. states, at sea and abroad.
